Hartford HealthCare at Home clinicians receive OASIS certifications

A total of 28 Hartford HealthCare at Home clinicians obtained their OASIS certification in March, it was announced this week by Kathy DellaMura, RN, BSPA, CMC, vice president, Clinical Services, Hartford HealthCare at Home, Wethersfield.

OASIS (the Outcome and Assessment Information Set) is a data set required for use in home healthcare agencies to measure outcomes and processes. To achieve the Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical designation, individuals must pass an extensive exam to demonstrate and establish their expertise and commitment to OASIS data accuracy.

Hartford HealthCare at Home clinicians who recently achieved this certification include:

Alea Anderson, Tracey Bosco, Erin Burke, Amy Champagne, Sandra Cloutier, Herbert Coggeshall, Laura Filipponi, Mary Frazier, Lauren Gordon, Kelsey Graham, Lysbeth Ann Harakaly, Michelle Harris, Lisa Hulton, Cassandra Kilcollum, Emily Kosswig, Gabriella Laferriere-Stolyar, Donna Leroux, Amy Linker, Kirsty McNulty, Patricia McVey, Sara Migneault, Felicia Monteforte, Kristen Murphy, Christine Nadeau, Sean O'Leary, Beata Rozio, Anxhela Uzhuri and Kelli Walsh.
