The Immersion Program is a progressive experiential learning program designed to develop community-based homecare nurses. Our Immersion nurses will be part of a collaborative care
management team. As an Immersion nurse, one of your greatest rewards will come from your patients, who are our first priority.
This five-month Immersion Program will nurture you as a new nurse and give you the tools to succeed. The program offers:
- Full-time benefit eligible positions with paid time off
- Be part of a cohort of four to five new graduates
- Work side-by-side with one of our Clinical Development Specialists as part of the team
We are always looking for Immersion nurses with the following qualifications:
- New or recent graduates (less than two years in the field)
- RN (Associate or Bachelor’s Prepared)
